I’ve been at the Animal Orphanage for a year, and I do it for the animals—giving them the love they’ve never had and the best chance at a happy life. I’ve adopted two dogs and foster whenever I can!

In my year at the Animal Orphanage, the most rewarding part has been watching animals learn to trust and gain confidence. Even on the hard days, knowing I’m making a difference makes it all worth it. I’d adopt them all if I could—but my two rescues at home like their space!

This June marks 15 years since I started at the Animal Orphanage, and I can’t imagine life without it. The joy these animals bring me makes even the hardest days better. In 15 years, I’ve adopted 15 animals—one for each year of love!

I have always wanted to work at the Aniaml Orpahange since I was a child and my family adopted animals from there, and I've now been working at the AO for 5 years. Helping those who can't speak up for themselves is very important to me, as well as educating the community on proper animal health care. I enjoy being a helpful resource to the community and doing what I can to make a difference in animal welfare. I've adopted 4 cats & some fish and I've fostered countless animals throughout the years.

I’ve been at the Animal Orphanage for 2.5 years, and there’s nothing more rewarding than watching animals grow—learning to trust, becoming social, and finding their forever homes. Helping the sick heal and seeing them happy makes it all worth it. I’ve adopted 4 so far (and would take home many more if I could)!
